What a great day =)

I got my first tattoo today and I'm so excited to get more! Three little lightning bolts behind my right ear. They're so cute and I can't stop going to check them out in the mirror. I was actually happy today for the first time in a long time. Mind over matter really does work. After I was showered, dressed, and made up this morning, I looked into the mirror and told myself that today was going to be wonderful and beautiful; what do you know, it actually was. I don't really see why everyday can't be great, as long as we make it that way. Who knows, maybe this will be the best summer of my life so far. I'm going to stop focusing on the past and try to make NOW the best it can possibly be. I need to stop living life in my head and make my dreams a reality. I can't tell you what made me start this blog; even now, as I'm writing my first post, I don't know what I'm trying to achieve. This blog will probably have no point or underlying theme. I'm just going to write an uncensored story of what my life is now and what I eventually want it to be. This is where I will practice to be myself again, because truthfully I don't know who I am anymore.
